Mastering Shoyu 2023 (Feb6&7) 2-day online crash course

This class focuses on the detailed process of Shoyu Koji making and Shoyu brewing.
Marika's obsession for Shoyu has initially evolved from learning at many local breweries in Japan years ago.
After establishing an intimate relationship with professional brewers, she fell into a rabbit hole of this mysterious world of wonders.
Ever since she's been brewing Shoyu and collecting uncountable Shoyu from all parts of Japan.
She has taught many Japanese and international students in-person and online, and this is an online version of her intensive class.

This online class is a crash course of what used to be in-person 3-days Shoyu camp. Marika has found a joy in reaching out more people worldwide by her online classes and the contents are well summarized and highly popular to pro-/semi pro-/hobby- brewers.

The class is for 2 days and both days start at 13:00 CET. The lesson is between 1.5-2 hours each day, and the same Zoom meeting link to be used.
No recording or materials to be distributed.

Ideally we start with a detailed Koji for Shoyu making process on day 1 and how to make Shoyu on day 2.

You are highly encouraged to start brewing after the class while your memory is fresh.
Follow ups can be mainly done on your own social media channel by tagging @malica_ferments so Marika can monitor your progress and answer any questions in public, rather than answering individual messages. This enables us to share our knowledge and learn hand-in-hand in the community.

Your prior experience in Koji making may help but not required for this class.
Nonetheless the class is intense and your passion IS required ;)

Day 1 - February 6, Monday (13:00-15:00CET)

Day 2 - February 7, Tuesday (13:00-15:00CET+QA time extra)
